Issue/Introduction

Jobs that run on the mainframe are getting error:

U00029003 Cannot open file 'SYS4.UC4.TEMP.JRPT.OAADETNE.TXT', error code '49', error description: 'EDC5049I The specified file name could not be located.'.

Resolution

A large job report can cause this error. Edit the job object and disable the report as a troubleshooting step. Contact support if this does not resolve the issue.
