from TIM log:-

 ssl_analyze: No data due to handshake failure [xx.xx.xx.xx]:14841->[xx.xx.xx.xx]:1443

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : Customer Experience Manager

Resolution

This is mostly happened because of their application/networks for which TIM is not getting clean traffic.
