Issue/Introduction

Bulk Loader Client has been installed form Symantec IGA Virtual Appliance Remote Tools r14.4 media, i.e. GEN0000000004438.zip.

"Web Services" for Bulk Loader, Create User, Modify User and View User tasks are enabled and WSS Username token (Password Text) parameter has been selected in Web Services properties in IM Management Console.

The contents of imbulkloadclient-WSS.properties file is similar to the following

Bulk Loader client has been run similar to the following:

imbulkloadclient.bat --configFile "..\conf\imbulkloadclient-WSS.properties" --format CSV --inputFile ..\samples\feeder_create_users.csv --outputFile test.log -v

The following Tews6Exception error occurred.

Failed to submit data to server
ImsException caught:
  Fault Code: Client
  Fault String: Not authorized for service.
    Exceptions:
      Name: com.netegrity.ims.tews6.Tews6Exception
      Code: 400
      Description: You must initialize the xml-security library correctly before you use it. Call the static method "org.apache.xml.security.Init.init();" to do that before you use any functionality from that library.

Cause

This is a known bug

Resolution

Hot-fix is available for Identity Manager 14.4.1 with CHF02. Please raise a Support Call ticket and request for HF-DE540848.zip
