Hierarchy Replication Failure and Replication Files is over 100gb

Issue/Introduction

Replication files have been moved to the D: drive of the SMP servers and even with this additional space the files are over 100gb in size and replication is failing. Replication has been configured for minimal information. 

Environment

ITMS 8.6 RU2

Cause

Not enough resources are allocated per recommendations (CPU, Memory) for the in use node counts.
