Portal log in for new user shows Tenant Group access error post log in

Issue/Introduction

User gets a screen with these words displayed.

Cannot display this page you do not have access to " Tennant Group"
Click here to go to our Home page.

When I Proxy his user I get a dashboard with information we expect to see.

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

Cause

The user does not have access to the Group specified in the URL used from an older saved bookmark.

The GroupID value 1 is for the default system based "All Groups" Group. The user involved does not have access to that group.

Resolution

Edit the URL used to target only the following as a starting point for log in.

http://PC:8181/pc/desktop/page

With the ID for the Group the user lacks access to removed the URL should work for the users Home Page post log in.
