Rally FedRamp: Timeline page very slow at team of teams level

Issue/Introduction

Since moving to FedRamp, performance of the Timeline page is very slow to load when we are at team of teams level (Parent Project - scoped to include child projects).

Please open a case with Support and indicate when your account was moved to the FedRamp environment and when the performance issues began on the Timeline page.
