21.0 AWI shows only left hand pane, everything else is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

Logging into 21.0 at server.name.domain.path:8080/AWI// with the AWI running on tomcat, the left hand pane is only available and everything else is greyed out:

Environment

Release : 21.0.x

Component : AWI

Cause

This is because of an incorrect URL - two slashes - // - at the end of the URL

Resolution

Originally pointing to FQDN:8080/AWI//  (double-slash at the end).  This causes this problem to occur on Firefox and Chrome, but not Edge.  To resolve this, point to FQDN:8080/AWI (with no slashes at the end) instead and the screen will no longer be gray.
