OLLX transaction fails with: CAVO0200E VFAM internal error.

Issue/Introduction

Problem:

When we try to use the OLLX transaction it is failing and these messages are shown:

  CAVO0200E  VFAM internal error, return code=0C01, request=01                                                                                             CAVF0020E UNABLE TO (RE)LOAD THE FILE TABLE. V$RETINF=01                                                                                                   CAVF0009E INTERNAL ERROR 01-20-12-001 TERMID=xxxx

Cause

These error messages are caused by a missing or incorrect DLBL for VSYSOLL in the system standard labels (STDLABEL PROC) or in the CICS JCL.

Resolution

Check that the DLBLs for VSYSOLL are correct and can be found in STDLABELs or your CICS JCL.
