Issue/Introduction

I have a problem with Androids with My VIP (Self Service). Unlike iOS, no android device is automatically enrolled by scanning the QR code. It results into error message if we scan the QR code from the Android device.

Resolution

This is a known problem and have been addressed by the VIP Engineering team in the July 2022 maintenance release. This problem no longer exists but please reach out to Support if there are any questions.
