The customer has a DX UIM integrated with BMC Remedy helix. This integration provides a ticket ID that UIM registers into the incident.
When integrating DX UIM with DX OI, the ticket ID from BMC Remedy helix that was stored into UIM, is available in DX OI only in the incident description and not over the summary:
