Dispatch r11.7 is compatible with z16 hardware. 

For compatibility of Dispatch r11.7 with z/OS 2.5:

 . CADSB70 needs PTFs LU02787 and LU02931
 . CADSB72 needs PTF LU02786

For Dispatch 11.7, no EOS date has been announced as of this time.
