Answer:

Using /MSDM.G.U you can search all users and other search criteria for a specific LOGMODE and change to a new LOGMODE.

To complete the panel:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Specify the criteria of the sessions that you want this search to match.
    • Press F5 to load existing search criteria.

  2. Press F11 to store the criteria that you have entered for later use.

  3. Specify * to match any characters or ? to match on any one character.

For example, if either of the following are specified in the logon request field:

    Logon Request ....... N??1 &?SER?D &USER*
    or
    Logon Request ....... N*

The following logon request is matched:

    Logon Request ....... NM01 &USERID &USERPW; NM

You cannot perform this type of search in Jump Key fields or those fields whose valid values are YES or NO. The User ID field also has special requirements, as described below.

  4. Press F6 to action the search.
    Processing continues.

Note: User ID is a mandatory field and must be specified in the search criteria. You can enter an * to search for a generic group of users. For example, USER* finds all users that have a prefix of USER. If you specify an * only in the User ID field, then you must specify at least one other criterion.
