Password Resetting from Devtest portal

Issue/Introduction

We tried resetting the Users  password through devtest console. Unable to reset the password. 

New password details are not updated in backend system.

Release : 10.6.1

Resolution

We have a patch for this issue. Please get the new patch (api-10.6.0.war) by creating the support ticket and then follow below steps to resolve the issue.

 

1. Stop Registry service
2. Copy and place the file "api-10.6.0.war" in the folder "LISA_HOME\webserver\patches". If this folder doesn't exist, please create the same
3. Start registry service
4. Please check and let us know if the reported issue is addressed with the patch
