Issue/Introduction

Hi Team

We are not able to get QOS metrics data on OC for parameters enabled in IM.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - SAP_BASIS

Resolution

In sap_basis connection profile the hostname used is different than the robot name. So metrics where showing up under that name, not the robot name as the client expected. In OC go to the host name of SAP HANA databaseyou will see the metrics and alarms there.
