Warning alerts disable

Issue/Introduction

We have integrated UIM and ServiceDesk. We are getting 'warning' alerts to end users so same no need to triggered. How can we disable it?

Follow these steps:

Open the Raw Configure interface >  setup section

Set the value of  enabled_tkts_for_alarm_severity
 from the available default options to create tickets based on the alarm severity that you need. 

 

Default: 

information, minor, major, warning, critical

 

For example, if you do not want 'warning' alerts, you can remove warning from the list.
