Allocation Timeline: Edit Column Cells don't save after layout resets

Issue/Introduction

Edit some cells inline on a row in the Staffing Workspace Allocations Timeline don't save after layout resets (Open/Close filters, drag vertical divider). 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Navigate to the Staffing Workspace: Allocations Timeline 
  2. Click the filter button (No need to create a filter) or drag the vertical divider  
  3. Expand an Investment that has some staffed resources 
  4. Edit any field in the Timeline grid 

Expected Results: Data should persist. When changing Staffing Dates, to see the data saved and the allocations updated. When changing other fields such as the Investment Role to see it saved with the new selection. 

Actual Results: The dates are still in the field and it looks like maybe it is updating the allocations in the timeline, but the bar does not change.  If you open the Details flyout you will see the Staffing Start and Finish date fields are still blank which is a clear indication that the data is not saved. 

Workaround: Refresh page after clicking filter button or dragging vertical divider and before making edits into the Timeline column cells.

Environment

Release: 16.0.2 

Cause

DE64969 - It is caused by changing the layout. It happens if there is a change in the layout before making edits into the Timeline column cells. 

Resolution

DE64969 - Fixed in Release 16.0.3
