OTP showing 6 digits but configured for 8 digits in profile in Advanced Authentication

Issue/Introduction

Customer configured the profile for 8 digits but only seeing 6 digits OTP code is generated.

Environment

Release : 9.1

Component : Webfort ( Strong Authentication )

Resolution

OTP length can be configured from the OTP Issuance profile, see screen shot below

Profile and policies which are active can be configured from the "Assign Default Configurations" screen, if in this screen a default profile is selected then that generates the OTP with 6 digit, please make sure that the profile and policies you have created are assigned so they take place, Save the configurations and then Refresh the server cache.
