Access to OpenAPI Query Builder fails

Issue/Introduction

One of our clients is unable to connect to OpenAPI Query Builder . 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : PM Data Aggregator

Cause

Access to DA OpenAPI odataquery URL fails due to issues with redirect to PC Portal on 8382.

 

 

Resolution

 Open port 8382 from the jump server being used to run the Odata query, and the DA, to the NetOps portal server

Additional Information

The issue is not between the system used to run odata URL and the DA host.

The issue exists between the system used to run odata URL and the target Performance Center Host on port 8382.
