Tomcat does not always shut down properly

Issue/Introduction

When stopping tomcat we have found that it does not always shut down and stays running.  We need to kill it.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

Tomcat is not releasing the port in a timely manner.

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release of Spectrum.  If you experience this issue, you can safely kill the Tomcat process/service.

Defect DE536594 has been created to resolve/fix this in a future release of Spectrum.
