10.8 Agent error

Issue/Introduction
We have downloaded 10.8 SAP-specific files as mentioned in the case 33133479. we have installed EM, workstation and agent in one of our dev systems. During our test, we found the below error text in IntroscopeAgent.<SID>.log file
"[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Unexpected respond from topology store: 404 Not Found Body:<html>
