Issue/Introduction

When attaching file I'm receiving error "unable access uploadservlet

Cause

uploadservlet set to HTTP:/8080 inside of an SSL HTTPS:/8443 environment

Resolution

Updated the repository to point to HTTPS upload servlet

Changed the uploadservlet to https//:Hostname:8443/CAisd/UploadServlet
