The ICDM managed device connection status is inaccurate. Systems that show as online in the ICDM console are actually offline.

This is working as designed. The ICDM will consider a client offline when it has not registered with the cloud in more than 48 hours.
It is normal for clients to take 48 hours to show offline in the ICDM.
