Issue/Introduction

We recently applied 14.4 CP1 and HF2 to our CentOS8 appliances. After applying these patches/hotfixes we receive a Request Failed message stating "Please contact your system administrator for support" Also after closing the Request failed window the "tasks" icon displays an exclamation mark.

This can also occur after CP2

For release of 14.4 CP1 and HF2 and the tech doc above did not work, this message is from L2:

This is a known issue and we are working on it. For now please ask the customer to disable the CSRF.
