https://pchost:8182/pc/center/rest rendering empty page

Issue/Introduction

I'm trying to access https://pchost:8182/pc/center/rest so I can see all the available endpoints, but I'm seeing empty page.

I tried in several browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and I could see the same behavior.

Resolution

Rename the /tmp/ribcache directory and restart the CAPC services, please:
