The readme on SV-as-Code-UnitTest shows:
This annotations will use CA DevTest Rest API (CA DevTest Invoke 2) and it’s compatible from CA DevTest 8.0 to 10.5.
Does this still work with 10.6 and 10.7

Resolution

Yes, SV-as-Code-UnitTest is also compatible with 10.6 and 10.7
The DevTest Rest API (CA DevTest Invoke 2) is also supported on those releases.
