Some closed alarms are listed as 12/31/1969, 4:00:00 PM on 20.4 Oracle backend

Issue/Introduction

When looking at closed alarms in Operator Console and sorting by closed date. There are several alarms with a closed date of 12/31/1969 or 1/1/1970, depending on the server timezone. The UIM database is Oracle.

Environment

Release: 20.4
Component: nas probe

Resolution

NAS 9.36T1 and versions after resolves this.

The fix will not correct the 1969 timestamp unless alarm updates are processed.
