Hello, we are migrating from the service desk version from 17.1 to 17.3.
We did it by the conventional method:

When we access the tool, we verify that the version remains at 17.1

History file did not show any installation of 17.3 GA release. It appears that this step was skipped and 17.3 RU 12 was installed directly to Service Desk 17.1.
Restored the server image from a backup and retried the installation making sure to install 17.3 GA release first and then the RU patch.
