OC alarms does not show metrics tab for the cdm disk alarms

Issue/Introduction

Some of the alarms details in the Operator console don't show the Metric tab, even when these alarms are for cdm Disk violated thresholds.

Metrics for disk are displayed in Inventory > Metric Viewer

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - CDM WITH IOSTAT

Cause

The Metric tab displays performance metrics for the device. This tab only exists when an alarm is based on a metric.

The cdm Disk alarms are based in metrics, so it would be expected to see the Metrics tab on the alarm details.

If the tab is not displayed, the other option for this to occur is that the probe was configured through IM, and the thresholds for disk were set, but the qos were not.

Resolution

1. Configure the probe that generated the alarm. In this case, cdm.

2. Make sure that qos is checked. If not, please make sure to select it and save it.

3. On next alarm the Metric tab should be displayed.
