Issue/Introduction

We have completed a fresh install of 20.3 to our DEV environment along with the OC.  After that 20.3.3 was installed and the the CABI probe deployed to a separate server (sxnda87352).  No issues with installation or upgrade .  When accessing the OC we are getting "Data Access Error" for dashboard access and "CABI is not available or accessible" error messages (in Edge\Chrome\Firefox) and have tried the following KB articles without resolution: 199555, 187493, 213226 and 211306.  Configurations, logs and screenshots attached.

Resolution

  • Changed permissions on all directories for Primary\OC\CABI (chmod -R 755 <dirname>).
  • After that, some browsers were working and some were not (Edge\Chrome\Firefox).  Tried inserting the configuration line from the KB article 199555 (adding "--disable-features=SameSiteByDefaultCookies,CookiesWithoutSameSiteMustBeSecure,schemefulsamesite to the Target").  It got somewhat better but there was still inconsistency in browser usage. 
  • Noticed the CABI wasp was not at 20.33HF3, upgraded the probe, deactivated cabi probe, cabi wasp then OC wasp and activated in same order. 
  • All browsers started working normally with no errors on OC Dashboards or Reports. 
  • Removed the above line from the Target area of the browsers and still worked with no errors.
