apm_bridge configure GUI fails to open

Issue/Introduction
We followed all the documentation but we are receiving and error when we try to configure via AC as per below and we only have access to raw configuration.
Environment
Release : 20.3
Component : UIM - APMGTW
Resolution
apm_bridge does not have a configure GUI. Instead the probe utility is used.
Go to Admin Console > primary hub > apm_bridge > 3 dot menu > View Probe Utility in New Window.
