The STC CAETCL randomly stops working.

The Log shows

 ETCL912E ETCL security monitoring disabled due to abend 

AT8#GBL S0C4 at 00D494BC LMOD AT8#GBL CSECT AT8#GBL
OWNER = CA Cleanup for RACF R12.1                  
MODULE = AT8#GBL FMID = CDY1C10 RMID = RO93933

Resolution

The Abend is resolved with Ptf SO10777

Note an IPL IS required although the Ptf notes it is not required to install this Ptf.
