Open Workbench Resource Availability Field: How Is It Derived?

Issue/Introduction

It is not clear from the documentation on how 'Resource Availability' is calculated/derviced.

Availability always shows as 0.0 in OWB, however it showing in Clarity.

Resolution

Be sure to set the % Allocation to be greater than 0.0. 
Once set/saved, the calculation of Resource Availability is as follows using the following example

For a resource:
1. Availability = 8 hours per day x 5 days = 40 hrs per week
2. % Allocation = 50%

AVL x %allocation = 40 x 0.50 = 20 hours, therefore OWB will display this
