PGP Keys or Certificates on the Symantec Encryption Management Server are not getting renewed automatically

Issue/Introduction

PGP Keys on the Symantec Encryption Management Server (PGP Server) get renewed automatically as long as the users remain active.

In a rare case, we saw some users were not getting renewed. 

Resolution

This issue appears to be environmental in nature.  Please reach out to Symantec Encryption Support if you are running into this issue.
