Apply of Detector Hiper PTF fails with NOGO on prerequisites due to DYNACT ++HOLD action.

Issue/Introduction

The application of Detector for Db2 for z/OS (PDT) Hiper PTF LU06596 fails due to a prerequisite encountering a status of NOGO.

Cause

The HOLDDATA type of DYNACT was specified for one of the PREREQ PTFs but the APPLY BYPASS HOLDSYSTEM parameter did not specify
DYNACT as one of the reasons to bypass.

Resolution

The APPLY was failing due to PTF HOLDDATA reason type of DYNACT.  The BYPASS(HOLDSYSTEM(xxxx,xxxx...) did not specify DYNACT
 as a reason thus the hold action was not resolved causing the APPLY failure. 

To correct the problem add DYNACT to the HOLDSYSTEM list on the BYPASS.
Specifying BYPASS(HOLDSYSTEM) without explicit reasons would also prove corrective.
