Fast Merge in DISK 14.0 and PTF SO11920

Issue/Introduction

in DISK 12.5 the PTF SO11920 solved some FAST merge problem. 

Is there a similar PTF also in DISK 14.0 or is it sourced?

the PTF SO11920 of DISK 12.5  is part of base code in 14.0 and there is no 14.0 PTF.
