Issue/Introduction
We have a new Windows user and he entered his "owners" credentials via autosys_secure but his jobs are failing with:
Owner attribute error. The user name or password is incorrect.
password for owner included with #: "pass#word"
Note: "pass#word" is just an example
Can confirm that the password is correct as the user can log into the server with the credentials.
Can confirm that the password entered into autosys_secure is correct, as we managed to update it several times.
Can confirm that the user/owner has all needed access to the server.
I have tried to:
escape the # \#
enclose the PW in 'xxxxxxx' or "xxxxxx"
but still the job fail with the same error
All did not work
