Reporter is not able to load the database

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run a report, reporter displays the "Failed to start report. Details: The requested database (database_name) is not currently loaded" error:

Cause

Database is not loaded.

Resolution

Note: Reporter 11.x does not have a graphical user interface. All administration must be done in the Reporter Admin Console located in Management Center.

1. Connect to Management Center. 
2. Click on Network tab.
3. Click on the name of reporter.
4. In top right corner, click on Operations > Lunch Console > Configure.
5. Under configuration section click on Databases & Logs
6. In Actions column click Load button.
