After installing a Domain Orchestrator Cluster Node, the service would not start. The error message said:
Checking the Windows Event Viewer, we found this error message:
We uninstalled the software, deleted the ITPAM installation folder and then attempted to reinstall by logging into ITPAM from the new machine, going to the Configuration and Install tabs and installing the Domain Cluster node from there.. The JNLP started successfully. Third Party Installer wizard completed. Checked the “Use Domain” checkbox to get the domain installer from primary orchestrator. Domain orchestrator installer wizard started. During the Checking if Domain.xml exists, got this error:

In another webex session we tried again to install by logging into ITPAM from the new machine, going to the Configuration and Install tabs and installing the Domain Cluster node from there. This time the installation program would not execute:
When clicking on the Details button, we saw this error message.
Socket errors and http 502 error code indicate a network connectivity problem.

Socket errors and http 502 error code indicate a network connectivity problem. They worked with their networking team to resolve these problems and we successfully installed the Domain Cluster Node. It was able to start up successfully and function normally.
