Issue/Introduction

We have a concern about various CVE's and vulnerabilities, how do we submit our concerns for verification? 

 

Environment

AppNeta Saas or On premise 

Resolution

When a bug or vulnerability is encountered please submit the following details to Appneta.  This includes any reported CVE's.

If you are reporting discovered vulnerabilities (such as CVE's) please provide additional details such as the scan results, the scan tool that was used and any other relevant details.

Details To Provide:

Problem Statement:  Provide a brief summary 
Supporting Data: Any additional details of value
Vulnerability:  Please include any CVE numbers

• Discovery Tool: (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7)
• Discovery Method: (e.g., Authenticated vs. Unauthenticated scan)
• Component Impacted: (e.g., EMP included model and version, AppNeta SaaS URL, specific API endpoint)
• Remediation Suggestion: (If the scan tool provided one)

Also consider the following:

• Deep link
• Screenshots
• Link to CVE (if applicable)

Please work with Technical Support who may request additional information as needed.  Please also discuss priority/urgency of the vulnerabilities as needed.
