High 1st Reference Fault trends in z/OS show TSS modules

Issue/Introduction

z/OS has been having High 1st Reference Fault trends.  The unused FSACCESS class was disabled and this helped to remove the obvious TSS modules in the trace.  But, after more research there are still some different TSS modules involved in this problem.

Release : 16.0

Component : Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

The page faults are happening due to high activity.  Top Secret minimizes the getmains that are issued, but the page faults occur when storage is first referenced. Unfortunately this cannot be avoided.
