unable to access login page after upgrade to 21.2.12

Issue/Introduction

I recently upgraded my Linux servers from CAPM 21.2.7 to 21.2.12. I upgraded the DA, PC, and DC.But when I started all the services and tried to go to the PC webpage, the page did not display correctly. It showed only text.

Cause

Web Site Host in SSOConfig needs to reflect the Performance Center hostname to access the Webe UI

Resolution

Change the SsoConfig, remote value for Web Site Host.  

Then everyone should access with whatever value they put in there.  FQHN is suggested
