Issue/Introduction

The Database Management for Db2 for z/OS Post Install Compare ssid0000 job fails with the following 
error within the COMPRT step:

RMA209E ALL UNLOAD UTILITY MODELS EXCLUDED, NO UNLOADS GENERATED  
      RC/MIGRATOR ANALYSIS TERMINATING

Resolution

The RMA209E error was caused by an incorrect allocation of an obsolete RMMODTXT
model allocated on the //QIMODTXT DD within the COMPRT and DDLCOMP steps.

Make certain the allocation within the Post Install Compare, ssid0000, 
JCL for the COMPRT and DDLCOMP steps are:

//QIMODTXT DD  DISP=SHR,                                 
//             DSN=hlq.CDBASAMP(RMMODTXT)  

The correct allocation is resolved from the hlq.CDBAPARM DSNAMExx member
SRCLIB entry.  The SRCLIB entry within the DSNAMExx member for the Db2 
Tools r20 release should point to hlq.CDBASAMP.
