Issue/Introduction
We have Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) integrated with the CABI/Jasper system. When a user clicks on the Jasper Console link in the OneClick web pages, they are presented with a login screen to log into CABI/Jasper.
The user enters their username and password but they are not able to login.
Only the superuser is able to login.
Single Sign On is not enabled.

Cause
When the Single Sign On is not enabled, when a user clicks on the Jasper Console link in the OneClick web pages, they must enter their User ID and Password. In addition, they must enter "spectrum" in the Organization field. If they do not enter "spectrum" in the Organization field, they will not be able to login even if they enter the correct User ID and Password.
By default, the initial password for the user will be the same as their login id.
The superuser is not required to enter "spectrum" in the Organization field.
Resolution
Enter "spectrum" into the Organization field as well as the User ID and Password.
