Issue/Introduction

We get the following error:  "Workspace <WORKSPACE_OID> not found. Please enter a valid Rally workspace."

I have also followed the steps via Broadcom for creating a custom page to return the correct workspace.  No matter what is used, we get the same error.    We have tried using username/password combination as well as an API key, both gave the same error.

Please check the Rally Userid being used to run the integration to confirm that it has editor permissions for that Workspace and Project.  A Rally Subscription Administrator can confirm this.
