Issue/Introduction

Trying to implement Software AG Natural Integration according to the instructions at the url: 

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/performance-and-storage/ca-sysview-performance-management/16-0/administrating /data-collection/cics-data-collection/software-ag-natural-integration.html.

The part of the Natural programs appears but the part of the ADABAS files does not exist.

What's the problem?

Environment

SYSVIEW 17.0; 16.0; 15.0

 

Resolution

To see events, enter the set the SYSVIEW.CNM4BPRM library member SVWCOPTS to modify this value from "NO" to "YES"

TRANSACTION-RECORD-MEI-EVENTS            Yes

The changes take affect without a product recycle, allowing the ADABAS files to be seen.

• As with any dynamic feature, ensure your parmlib member entries are also updated prior to the next COLD start
