Exchange Rate type changes not applied

Issue/Introduction

We were using the Average Exchange Rate types and have a need to start using fixed ones instead.

We have done changes at Entity level, but after financial jobs we still see the Average Exchange Rate type being applied.

Is there any other setting we need to change?

Cause

Project level Exchange Rate type was set to Average

Resolution

Exchange Rate types can be set at Entity level as well as project level.

If project-level Exchange Rate types are set, those take precedence over the Entity settings.

The project had an Average type set while the entity had the fixed one set.

Change the project-level Exchange Rate type to Fixed
