Issue/Introduction

Greek characters are displaying bigger and bold as compared to English characters.

Steps:

-> Create a KB or any ticket with Greek letters and save.

-> They appear in bold and big than compared to English characters:

Resolution

In analyst_styles.css file search for below line:

A.record{COLOR:#0645AD!important;FONT-FAMILY:CA Sans-Regular,verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;FONT-WEIGHT:normal;TEXT-ALIGN:left;TEXT-DECORATION:none;}

change it to

A.record{COLOR:#0645AD!important;FONT-FAMILY:verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;FONT-WEIGHT:normal;TEXT-ALIGN:left;TEXT-DECORATION:none;}

Do a pdm_webcache -H.
