Resolution

Scheduler's CA Earl reports use the SRAM Service (Re-entrant Sorting Tool).

SRAM is a component of CA Common Services for z/OS.  

SRAM FMID is CASR710, and is found in the Legacy Common Components and Services product pax file (File Name is CCS - LEGACY E11802AW011.pax.Z)
