Fail to open configuration

Issue/Introduction

Post the upgrade of the IG from the 14.2 to 14.4. After open the configuration, getting the following error 

In the log you see the following

DB Error: Unspecified error:ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis (80004005)

Cause

This is due to a defect that is resolved in CP1.

Resolution

Apply 14.4 CP2
