Set operation name when creating DevTest VS from RRPair

Issue/Introduction

When creating a Virtual Service from RRPair, how can the operation name be set.
This is either when creating it from the Workstation or using an IDE

Environment

Release : 10.6, 10.7

Component : DevTest API

Resolution

The operation name automatically gets the value of the actual REST command in the RRPair file.
For example:
Create a VS based on RRPair and select the folder:
C:\Program Files\CA\DevTest\Projects\Bank v5\Data\rrpair\http-rest

The http-rest-1-req.txt has the first line:
GET /3/certification/movie/list?api_key=some-new-key HTTP/1.1

The operation name that is created in the VSI: 
GET /3/certification/movie/list/
